Definition
of writing
Writing is a skill that required in many contexts throughout life. For instance, you can write some activities that happened during the day in your dairy or write a personal letter to your close friend.
Unit One: Written versus spoken text
•Permanence
•Explicitness

•Slowness of production, speed or reception
•Standard language
•A learnt skill
•Sheer amount and importance
Unit Two: Teaching procedure
As a means
Writing used for learners to copy out some words as new vocabulary, pattern of grammar, write on answers sheet based on the questions, or just do written test.
As an end
This activity show the learners own writing, in micro level and macro level.
As both means and end
In this stage, combining their own writing with vocabulary practice or other practice that related with writing skill therefore the learners can express their feeling, ideas, or opinion on piece of paper, of course the reader will be interested.

Choosing the skills teacher will focus on, ask yourself these questions:

Unit Five : Giving feedback on writing
• Begin by making positive comments.
•Limit comments; do not try to cover everything.
•Distinguish "higher-order" from "lower-order" issues.
•Model clear, concise writing. Before write final comments, take a moment to gather and order your thoughts.
